DBCO-PEG11-DBCO is a homobifunctional linker containing two DBCO moieties for click chemistry. The dibenzocyclooctyne group (DBCO) is thermally stable with high specific reactivity toward azide group through strain-promoted click reaction in the absence of a catalyst.

Excellent biocompatibility – strain-promoted click reaction occurs rapidly under mild buffer conditions with no need of accessory toxic copper catalyst
