DBCO-PEG3-Mal is heterobifunctional linker containing a DBCO moiety for click chemistry and an maleimide group for sulfhydryl conjugation. The dibenzocyclooctyne group (DBCO) is thermally stable with high specific reactivity toward azide group through strain-promoted click reaction in the absence of a catalyst.
